Uptime Monitoring
Monitor the availability of your Odoo services.
hav.sh includes built-in uptime monitoring to keep track of whether your Odoo services are online and accessible.
#How it works
Uptime monitors periodically check your services by making HTTP requests to their URLs. If a service doesn't respond, hav.sh marks it as down and can notify you.
#Setting up a monitor
#1. Go to Uptime Monitors
In the sidebar, navigate to Uptime Monitors and click New Monitor.
#2. Configure the monitor
Provide:
- URL — The address to monitor (e.g.,
https://erp.yourcompany.com) - Check interval — How often to test (e.g., every 5 minutes)
#3. Save
The monitor will begin checking immediately and report its status on the dashboard.
#Monitor status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Up | The URL is responding normally |
| Down | The URL is not responding or returning errors |
#SSL certificate monitoring
Uptime monitors also track the status of your SSL certificates. You'll be alerted when:
- A certificate is about to expire
- A certificate has become invalid
- There are issues with HTTPS configuration
#Dashboard view
The monitoring dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of all your monitored services, showing:
- Current up/down status
- Recent uptime history
- Certificate expiration dates
Set up monitors for all your Live services. Catching downtime early minimizes impact on your business.
