Services Overview
Everything about managing your Odoo instances in hav.sh.
An Odoo Service in hav.sh is a running Odoo instance — your ERP system, ready to use. Each service has its own database, file storage, and configuration, all running in an isolated container on your server.
#What you can do with services
- Create new Odoo instances with a few clicks
- Start, stop, and restart services as needed
- Configure custom Odoo settings like memory limits and worker counts
- Install addons to extend functionality
- Create copies to safely test changes
- Set up backups to protect your data
- Assign domains for easy access
- View live logs to debug and monitor your Odoo containers in real-time
- Monitor modules installed on each service
#Service dashboard
When you click on a service, you'll see:
- Status — Whether the service is running, stopped, or deploying
- Odoo version — Which version of Odoo is running (18.0 or 19.0)
- Server — Which server the service is hosted on
- Admin URL — Direct link to access the Odoo web interface
- Admin credentials — Username and password for the admin account
#Service status
Services can be in one of these states:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Running | The service is online and accessible |
| Stopped | The service is offline but all data is preserved |
| Deploying | The service is being created or updated |
| Error | Something went wrong — check the Actions log for details |

Use service types to organize your services by purpose — test, live, demo, or copy.
